Our staffing agency is continuously seeking detail-oriented Data Entry Clerks for ongoing contractual positions with our clients.

Key Responsibilities :
- Input, update, and maintain data across various databases and systems with precision.
- Verify data for accuracy and correct discrepancies as needed.
- Handle large volumes of data while meeting deadlines and performance goals.
- Collaborate with team members and managers to ensure accurate data reporting.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all data handled.
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing and organizing records.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry or similar administrative roles.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
