Digital Marketing Business Analyst Employment Type : Full Time Date Posted : 6 / 27 / 2024 Location : Remote Pay Range : Negotiable Job Number : JO-2311-2314 Primary Function The Business Analyst will serve as a support role for a Marketing Cloud Implementation project.

Duties & Responsibilities + Support the team in tracking tasks and key deliverables to ensure the project is delivered on time.

• Work with business partners and key stakeholders to gather business requirements.+ Translate business requirements into user stories for the backlog.
• Support the Product Owner(s) in managing the backlog.+ Take notes for all meetings and maintain meeting note library.+ Put together leadership decks and presentations.
• Assist with documentation and formalizing findings into decks / documentation across workstreams.+ Participate in UAT testing before releases.
• Play a critical role in change management for new functionality including creating user guides and training materials based on solution documentation and assist with training.
