As a Systems Development Engineer you will partner with 1P / 2P / 3P developers, Business Development and AWS Security to help bring amazing properties through launch and beyond for Amazon Games.
The ideal candidate will have great communication and prioritization skills with a clear focus on providing the best possible customer experience.
The ability to be self-directed, while still providing excellent service to partners, is critical.
As a Systems Development Engineer, you will be expected to :
- Be a technical representative within Amazon Gamesfor third party titles.
- Code and architecture reviews of second / third party titles.
- Onboarding third party titles with internal services.
- Provide general technical support for third party titles : e.g. load testing, bug fixing, and operational excellence.
- Support integration within Amazon Games for second / third party titles.
- Configuration and ownership of AWS service accounts, monitoring, and alarms.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 1+ years of designing or architecting (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience programming with at least one modern language such as C++, C#, Java, Python, Golang, PowerShell, Ruby
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Key contributor to a production service built on AWS
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum
- Familiarity with AWS technologies
