Department Overview

The Children's Clinic provides a range of services from well-child care to educational and outreach programs. They care for children with complex medical, psychosocial problems, and acute and chronic childhood illnesses.

 They also provide developmental, behavioral, nutritional assessment and guidance, and parent education.

Position Summary

Provides supervision of the daily operations of departments requiring nursing expertise, assuring goals are obtained through planning, implementing and directing programs, procedures, systems and support personnel.

Direct supervision of support staff and RN up to 15 FTE's. May require travel to 1-2 sites in relative proximity. This is a working supervisor role with 30-40% clinical care.

Required :

• Bachelor's degree - any field
• AA, RN
• MN Nursing License
• 2-5 years of clinical nursing experience
• BLS Certification

Preferred :

• Pediatrics, ambulatory care setting
• Specialty experience, where applicable
• Leadership experience
