Full-Time Administrative Position in Warehouse / Distribution
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals for a full-time administrative role in a fast-paced warehouse / distribution environment.

Key Responsibilities :
- Employee Communication : Respond promptly and professionally to employee emails, providing excellent customer service .
- Office Organization : Maintain a well-organized workspace and manage office supplies.
- Administrative Support : Assist with bookkeeping , record-keeping, and data entry into financial, personnel, and legal records.
- Recruitment Support : Assist in the onboarding process by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, scheduling interviews, and supporting hiring and recruitment procedures.
- HR Administration : Maintain employee files, update personnel records, and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Benefits Administration : Assist in enrolling employees in company benefits such as medical, dental, vision , and 401(k) plans, and handle related inquiries.
- Employee Relations : Support HR with employee engagement initiatives, conflict resolution, and internal communication.
- Compliance : Ensure compliance with labor laws , OSHA regulations, and company-specific policies for warehouse employees.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Proficiency in Excel : Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data entry, report generation, and basic analysis.
- E-Verify Experience : Familiarity with the E-Verify program for verifying employment eligibility.
- Human Resources Experience : Knowledge of HR processes , including recruitment, onboarding, employee record-keeping, and benefits administration .
- Customer Service : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for addressing customer and employee needs.
- Payroll Systems : Experience with payroll processing software and understanding of payroll procedures.
- Organizational Skills : Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple administrative and HR tasks efficiently.
