Compensation :
$60,000 - $100,000 at plan yearly
Responsibilities :
- Drive sales through digital marketing, phone, events, and in-person meetings.
- Obtain Property and Casualty, as well as Life and Health producer licenses.
- Work with our corporate partners in a professional setting.
- Attend marketing events to promote the Farm Bureau Insurance Company of Idaho.
- Provide exceptional customer service and solutions, while following through on policy updates.
Qualifications :
- College or equivalent work experience.
- Prior sales experience is strongly preferred.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal communication ability.
- Success-driven, with a passion for sales and providing solutions.
- The ideal candidate has a great attitude and a desire to put the needs of clients first.
- Licenses : You will be required to be licensed in property, casualty, life, and health insurance before attending our paid training program.
