Home Therapy is looking for dedicated and skilled Speech Therapists to provide high-quality care to older adults in their homes.
As an independent contractor, you’ll enjoy the freedom to set your own schedule and choose locations that are convenient for you.
About the Role :
As a Speech Therapist with @Home Therapy, you will :
- Provide speech therapy services to adult patients in their homes.
- Communicate effectively with office staff and patients.
- Schedule visits directly with patients.
- Evaluate and create individualized care plans based on patient's needs.
- Conduct follow-up visits and adjust care plans as necessary.
- Document visits using our web-based EMR system in compliance with Medicare guidelines.
- Adhere to HIPAA and company policies, maintaining active credentials.
Qualifications :
- Valid SLP License and Registration in New York.
- Experience in adult speech therapy.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with EMR software (preferred).
- Previous homecare experience (preferred).
