General Description
This position is responsible for Cleaning and Maintenance of the Facility.
Reports to : Facilities Manager
Responsibilities :
- Cleans areas of the facility, (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, buffing)
- Carry out cleaning tasks and special projects
- Stock and maintain supply room
- Make minor repairs using hand or electric tools.
- Conducts routine inspections and maintenance of heating, electrical and A / C equipment, replace filters, identifies and reports more complex maintenance needs to supervisor.
- Follows safe working practices, identifies and reports hazardous conditions and facility maintenance needs to supervisor.
- Performs custodial tasks
- Performs related duties as assigned.
Minimum Educational Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent and 3-5 years' experience in as similar position.
