About the Position :
ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in New Orleans, LA. This full-time role offers a unique opportunity to work directly in an High school setting, focusing on enhancing student behavior and academic outcomes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Behavior Analysis Services : Provide comprehensive behavior analysis across 8th - 12th grade levels.
- Assessment and Intervention : Conduct functional behavior assessments, develop and implement behavior intervention plans, and monitor student progress.
- Collaboration : Work with educators, staff, and families to address and support the behavioral needs of the students.
- Training and Guidance : Offer training and support to school personnel on effective behavior management techniques.
- Record-Keeping : Maintain detailed records of behavioral data and interventions.
Qualifications :
- Certification : Current BCBA certification / license.
- Experience : Experience in a school setting or with similar caseloads is preferred.
- Skills : Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with educators, students, and families.
