Buckeystown Veterinary Hospital is searching for a veterinarian to join our team! We are a predominantly small-animal practice located just outside of Frederick, Maryland .
A variety of schedule set-ups are available in full or part-time structures including :
Small animal general practice exclusive
Small animal + canine rehabilitation (with coverage for certification courses)
Mixed animal (predominantly small)
Mixed animal (predominantly small) +canine rehabilitation (with coverage for certification courses)
Buckeystown Veterinary Hospital is surrounded by beautiful rolling farmland less than 15 minutes from downtown Frederick , MD, and 30 minutes from popular suburbs of Baltimore and Washington D.
C. Enjoy affordable land and outdoor activities with the option to experience big city amenities within a reasonable drive.

Full-time base salary range 140-225k for 40 hours / week + optional production plan; open to relief and part-time. Commitment / relocation bonus up to 75k;

Rehab certification costs covered up to $10k for veterinarians motivated to lead this service while also supporting the general practice - Rehabilitation suite with underwater treadmill
New graduates are welcome; we consistently host externs so contact us if you have an extern block open. It's an excellent way for us to get to know each other before you make post-grad career decisions
Quality mentorship opportunities from Buckeystown DVMs and support locally and within the VetEvolve network (nearby sister hospital team is happy to participate and other great mentorship opportunities are available at network hospitals roughly 1 hr away)

Qualifications :
Doctor of Veterinary degree, or equivalent, from an AVMA accredited university upon hire
Current DEA License or obtained upon hire
Active Veterinary State License upon hire
