What will the IT Project Manager / System Administrator do?
- Manage day-to-day IT issues, supporting approximately 40 users across the organization
- Oversee system refresh schedules, coordinate updates with external vendors, and troubleshoot technical problems like network folder access, printing, or scanning issues
- Administer annual IT budgets, procure equipment, and ensure license compliance
- Coordinate with external IT providers for infrastructure projects like router and SAN upgrades, and manage internal projects such as surveillance systems
- Assist with ongoing initiatives such as telecommunications upgrades and data network transitions
What the company needs in an IT Project Manager / System Administrator
- Ability to manage Microsoft Office 365 administration and domain-level tasks
- Strong project management skills, especially for internal and vendor-coordinated IT projects
- Comfortable managing IT budget and resource allocation, including tracking expenditures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with a diverse team and provide technical support to non-technical staff
- Able to coordinate efforts with external contractors for larger-scale technical projects
