Seattle Radiology is l ooking for a Radiologic Technologist who wants to take their skills to the next level and train to become a CT technologist.
We're committed to enhancing the future of Imaging Technologists. That means providing a seamless road map for technologists to enhance and advance their current skillset and job scope.
This position requires an active ARRT ( AMERICAN REGISTRY OF RADIOLOGIC TECHNOLOGISTS ) credential and a WA State Radiologic Technologist license.
This position offers full CT modality exposure and provides on-the-job training to prepare you to take your advanced Computed Tomography Registry.
We will provide training, registry reimbursement and a transitional wage increase upon successful completion of your CT registry.

Compensation :
The salary range is $34.72 / hourly to $46.50 / hourly. The salary is based on multiple factors, including but not limited to current job-related experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and employment status.
The compensation listed is based on full-time employment status, full-time is 40 hours per week.

Position Summary :
- Properly performs X-Ray, Fluoroscopy and DEXA imaging to ACR standards
- Training into Computed Tomography (CT)
- Ability to physically assist patients to obtain high quality imaging
- Assists radiologist with specialized procedures
- Prepares sterile trays
- Properly screens orders prior to exam for any precautions or contraindications
- Provides patient care services in a professional and compassionate manner
- Organizes and monitors patient flow to meet company productivity, quality, health, and safety standards
- Ability to de-escalate conflict situations with minimal supervisory assistance but able to recognize when a situation is beyond individual training / expertise and requires assistance
Qualifications and Requirements :
- Satisfactory completion of a formal radiologic technology program or other compatible course of study
- Washington State Radiologic Technologist - Diagnostic license required (Washington State X-ray license, ARRT)
- One year of X-Ray experience preferred
- Current certification in Healthcare Provider BLS / CPR
- Demonstrates a professional demeanor in appearance and behavior in all work-related interactions
