About The Position
Job Title : Certified Surgical Technician Job Specialty : CVOR (Cardiovascular Operating Room) Job Duration : 12 Weeks Shift : Flexible shifts between 07 : 00 AM - 03 : 00 PM, Monday to Friday Guaranteed Hours : Not specified Experience : Minimum 2 years required License : Not specified Certifications : BLS (Basic Life Support) Must-Have : 2+ years of Open Heart experience;
additional experience in robotic and general service lines preferred Job Description : - Work on flexible shifts, accommodating department needs- Participate in on-call rotation, currently requiring 1 day per week and 1 weekend per month- Involvement in holiday call hours and rotation with regular staff, with at least 1 required per contract- May need to float within skill set or to nearby sites within 40 miles- Work collaboratively with surgical team members- Maintain sterile environment and adhere to surgical protocols- Assist in surgical procedures, especially focusing on cardiovascular operations- Utilize robotics and perform tasks in general service lines as needed
