Job Overview :

LiquidLiner is seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager for our Indianopolis, IN location. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate settings, with experience in industries such as automotive, logistics, construction, multifamily housing, or property management / maintenance.

The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing a team of service technicians, and ensuring exceptional service delivery to our clients.

Key Responsibilities :

• Leadership & Team Management :
• Lead by example, providing guidance, motivation, and support to the team.
• Oversee the performance and development of service technicians.
• Ensure accountability and high standards of work within the team.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Operational Oversight :
• Manage daily operations of the Columbus branch.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure service excellence.
• Coordinate and oversee logistics for service delivery.
• Implement and maintain effective operational procedures.
• Client Relations :
• Work hand and hand with Account Management to maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Address and resolve client concerns promptly and professionally.
• Identify opportunities for business growth and client satisfaction.
• Administrative Duties :
• Utilize computer skills to manage branch operations, including Excel and basic technical tools.
• Prepare reports on branch performance and operational metrics.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications :

• Experience :
• Proven experience in a corporate setting, preferably in automotive, logistics, construction, multifamily housing, or property management / maintenance.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and managing teams.
• Skills :
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in using computer applications, particularly Excel.
• Basic technical skills and aptitude for learning new tools.
