This job is responsible for providing best practice consulting for HR Leaders to implement Skills at HCSC by leading discovery, requirements & design sessions, as well as acting as the primary configurator.
Other responsibilities include identifying viable options related to skills processes, presenting proof of concepts, identifying, and coordinating all skills related systems and processes to include reporting, dashboards, business processes, integrations, change management, etc.
NOTE : This is a WFH role. Must be located within 250 miles of CHICAGO IL, HELENA, MT, TULSA, OK, ALBUQUERQUE, NM or RICHARDSON TX relocation will not be offered;
sponsorship is not available .
Required Job Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree +7 years' Workday experience OR Associate's degree +9 years' Workday experience OR 11 years' Workday experience
- Project Management experience on highly complex projects
- Strong prioritization, coordination, and delegation skills
- Customer Consulting
- Negotiation skills
- Lead customer teams independently
- Minimal oversight from management
- Prior Skills Cloud implementation experience
Skills & Experience :
1. Advanced Workday Experience in at least 3 of the following modules : Core HCM, Talent & Performance, Compensation, Recruiting, Learning, Adaptive Planning
2. Prefer Workday Pro or Implementer certification(s)
