Description
Internal Medicine Opportunity - Montgomery, Alabama!!
Joining an established group - call is shared.
Visa sponsorship (J1 or H1b) is available if needed.
Employed position - 300 bed hospital.
1. Base Salary / Incentive : $200,000 per annum. Incentive : Quarterly bonus
of 75% of cash collections that exceed $90,000 per quarter.
2. Individual Health Insurance, Life, Disability provided. Family coverage,
optical, and dental available for an additional payroll deduction.
3. Retirement Plan : After one year of service, 4% of base salary is contributed
to a hospital-sponsored retirement plan. Physician may match this with
additional contributions up to the legal limits on a tax-deferred basis.
All hospital contributions are fully vested and the plan is portable should
the physician ever leave hospital employment.
4. Days Off / CME : Three weeks of paid leave in year one, plus five officially
recognized hospital holidays, plus one week of CME leave. Reimbursement
for CME expense up to $3,000 per year.
