Job Description
This role will work cross-functionally across the organization with multiple stakeholders, including Executives, School Leadership, and technology partners to centrally and seamlessly deliver Success Academy’s brand new K-12 content to Educators and students, in order to facilitate digital and non-digital classroom delivery models.
This is a contract opportunity with a desire for conversion to full-time employment.
Key responsibilities include :
Own the publication process end-to-end, through delivery to our instructional staff and students
Own escalations, management, and engagements with vendor(s) related to all technical and non-technical issues
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including authors and development, to gather, review, and test content for publishing.
Implement and maintain comprehensive training for our school-based and non-school-based staff
Coordinate cross-team testing, QA and conduct periodic audits of content sites (Techhub and Google Classroom)
Partner with internal and vendor teams for new component creation, C / CMS tool enhancements and coordinate the management of content releases
Continually analyze the end-to-end user experiences, Identify the needs / user stories, identify desired enhancements, manage work sprints, all in an effort to optimize this critical workflow
Evaluate, recommend, test, and implement content management strategies, solutions, tools, and workflows
Plan, organize, and structure complex work and driving appropriate architecture
Experience conducting large-scale requirements and design sessions with business process owners in order to create and design complex solutions, procedures, and business processes that meet business, customer, and technological requirements
Required Qualifications
5-7+ years of Content Management experience (design and implementation preferred)
Familiarity with content creation tools, including C / CMS (Component / Content Management Systems) and CDS (Content Distribution Systems)
Expert-level knowledge of Adobe & Google Product Suites
Bachelor’s degree
