Mulch Solutions in Concord, NC is looking for a CDL-B Truck Driver specializing in Mulch Blowing Operations. We are seeking a dependable local driver with a CDL-B license to join our respected team.

Duties include transporting and distributing mulch, compost, and soil for our commercial clients in the area. The ideal candidate will possess a stellar driving record and prior experience in truck driving.

Effective communication abilities and a customer-centric approach are essential for success in this position. The truck driver must strictly follow safety procedures and exhibit accuracy in on-site duties.

Compensation : $20 - $25 hourly

Responsibilities :

• Safely handle the operation of a mulch blower truck for transporting and installing materials such as mulch, compost, and soil
• Utilize various hand and power tools as necessary for the job
• Take charge of a small team efficiently during work assignments
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly
• Exhibit complete mobility in both upper and lower body movements
• Lift, pull, and push materials and equipment, including weights up to 60 lbs.
• Adhere strictly to safety regulations while on duty

Qualifications :

• A valid CDL-B Commercial Drivers License is required for this position
• The ideal candidate should have at least three years of driving experience and a clean driving record
• Two years of experience driving a manual transmission is necessary
• Excellent communication skills with co-workers and customers are essential
• Prior supervision skills would be beneficial
• A valid Medical Card is a must
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required
• Familiarity with Charlotte and surrounding areas, along with the ability to read a map or guide, is preferred
• The candidate must be hard-working and self-motivated
• Successful completion of all pre-employment screenings is necessary
