Pembrooke and Ives is looking for an Intermediate Project Manager (Decorating / FF&E) with at least 5 years’ experience to work closely with Junior Decorators, Senior Decorators, Project Managers and Design Directors to provide development, production support and co-ordination throughout the project delivery process as a member of the decorating team.

A dependable, energetic individual with a can-do attitude and exceptional attention to detail, the Intermediate Project Manager (Decorating / FF&E) is responsible for supporting the procurement efforts of the decorating team to ensure the successful completion of the project.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Project Deliverables Administration & Management Produces project administration and control documentation (decorating budgets, decorating schedules, client meeting schedules, installation schedules, decorating status reports, etc.

in conjunction with senior team members and adjusts throughout the project life-cycle to ensure successful project delivery.

Assists with the optimization of studio staffing mix to maximize project efficiency and ensure profitability targets are achieved with senior team members.

Attends weekly project management meeting to review project milestones and deadlines. Assists senior team members in managing the project timeline from implementation to completion and leads the team to deliver on project deadlines.

Assists with the oversight and production of timely and accurate timesheets for direct reports in conjunction with senior team members.

Assists with the oversight and production of timely and accurate reimbursable expenses (personal & project) in conjunction with senior team members.

Project Deliverables Coordination & Communication Coordinates and communicates with external project stakeholders (vendors, contractors, building management, etc.

appropriately to develop strong rapport and ensure successful project delivery. Collaborates, coordinates and communicates effectively cross-company to ensure the accurate and timely transfer of project information.

Project Deliverables Drawings, Documentation & Deliverables Supports team in the production of project documentation (room sheets, POs, client invoice packets, etc.

as required. Reviews and redlines plans, elevations, and details as required. Final review of invoice packets in detail and notes revisions for senior team members to evaluate prior to issuing to client.

Leads weekly AMEX reconciliation to prepare for project closeouts. Leads monthly project closeouts and liaises with Accounting to ensure accurate and timely completion including commenting on client credits, invoicing questions and bookkeeping clean-up.

Redlines DFAs with senior team members. Assists the senior team members in the production of project billing if required.

Coordinates deliveries, CFA’s, finish samples and other materials. Attends job site meetings at key points throughout the project life-cycle to understand and adjust the project schedule as required.

Contributes to the installation process (both onsite and from office). Produces and executes decorating punch lists. Project Deliverables Meetings & Presentations Supports team in the preparation and production of client presentations as required.

Attends internal client presentation reviews. Attends client meetings as required. SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS Possesses excellent time management skills and can handle multiple project deadlines and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Proactive self-starter who is goal and detail-oriented with exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal). Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Photoshop and AutoCAD.

Studio Designer a plus. Possess sound knowledge of interior design administrative practices. A Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design.

At least 5 years of demonstrated work experience. This is a hybrid role. Salary Range : $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 (depending on experience) + Performance-Based Bonus Direct applicants are welcome to apply.
