We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team for a full-time contractposition.

Job Responsibilities :
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' physical abilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' unique needs
- Collaborate with school staff, teachers, and parents to ensure a coordinated approach to student care
- Provide direct therapy services to students in accordance with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Monitor and document students' progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team
Qualifications :
- Active IL Physical Therapist Licensure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
