Physical Therapist - Skilled - (PT - Skilled)
StartDate : ASAP Available Shifts : 8 D Pay Rate : $1463.00 - $1685.00
Well respected skilled nursing facility (SNF) is seeking a Physical Therapist who is highly motivated and energetic to join the team in Ashland, OR.
Candidates must be willing to support a friendly, positive and professional environment and be willing to complete a 13 week travel assignment with possibility of extending.
Required Qualifications
Physical Therapist, Skilled
Experience : 1 year
Licenses : PT(Compact Accepted)
Weekends : Prefer Tuesday-Saturday but flexible
References : 1 Reference in entire work history

Active OR License
