Job Details
- The 26 weeks is flexible to any amount a traveler can commit to over 13 weeks.
- Travelers are expected to be available to work at least 3 holidays out of the 5 (Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas EVE, New Year's EVE, New Year's Day.
- Manager will call candidate after they sign contract and will have 48 hours to reject candidate post interview.
- Option to flex less than 26 weeks
- Will accept first time travelers, Can submit with pending WA license
- Unit has unseasoned staff so they need strong travelers
- 4 days orientation - validated skills for some competencies
Job Requirements
- MUST HAVE MIN OF 2 YEARS EXP & TRAVEL EXPERIENCE
- PASS CLINICAL REVIEW TO RECEIVE AUTO OFFER
- IF previous permanent employees of ANY Providence affiliated facility must be separated from the health system for a min of 3 months to qualify for a travel position
- Cardiovascular disease, Pre / post Cath Lab and IR procedures, Fresh Open Heart Surgery experience
- SPECIAL PROCEDURES : CABG, OHS, AAA, Valvular Repairs, IABP, Impella, VAD's, Pacemakers, Epicardial Pacer Management, CRRT / Dialysis, Hemodynamic Monitoring, Breathing Treatments, Chest Tube Set-up / Care, CPAP / BiPap, Trach Care, Vents etc.
- Cardiac Surgical experience is REQUIRED
Unit Specific Information
- This is an AYA offer unit. If the traveler does not sign in 24 hours, candidate risks losing the offer to the first candidate that signs.
- Unit has unseasoned staff so they need strong travelers
