Role And Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer acquisition, lead volume, and conversion, while improving customer lifetime value (LTV) across defined segments.

Oversee daily marketing demand generation efforts based on pipeline and efficiency goals (CAC; LTV : CAC). Focus on organic growth (SEO, growth loops), collaborating with stakeholders and agencies to meet demand goals.

Manage HubSpot platform and integrate data sources like ZoomInfo and Wealth Engine. Refine customer scoring models to optimize sales.

Analyze customer data for insights to drive future marketing strategies. Partner with sales and marketing teams to execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns and develop customized campaigns for high-value prospects.

Lead the marketing growth agenda, focusing on channel, campaign, and creative optimization. Enhance online experience while ensuring brand consistency.

Candidate Requirements

  • 3-5 years in Marketing operations
  • 3+ years’ B2B demand generation experience
  • Expertise with Salesforce and HubSpot
  • Strategic thinker, adaptable, with hands-on lead generation experience.

Compensation : $110k-150k (depending on experience) + bonus
