Customer Service Representative

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Provide high standards service to customers in accordance with Skyservice Business Aviation's philosophy, ensure efficient and courteous arrivals and departures of customers;
  • Ensure communication and coordination between customers, lineservice crew and staff;·Coordinate fueling, catering, car rental, hotel booking and reservations;
  • Maintain, monitor and update the Aircraft Entry Log and advise the lineservice crew accordingly;·Answer the general number phone lines and forward calls to the the appropriate person;
  • Fill out digital forms for new clients and actively promote additional aircraft services and products;·Respond to customer email inquiries in a timely and courteous manner;
  • Complete daily invoicing and data entry for various vendors and customers;·Contact clients about unpaid or overdue accounts and attempt to collect or make the appropriate payment arrangements;
  • update account information if a payment is made;·Other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED : ·High school diploma / GED required;
  • Aviation experience preferred, but not required;·Intermediate computer skills;·Excellent communication skills;·Excellent customer service skills;
  • Ability to multitask;·Strong conflict resolution skills;·Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times;·Weekend availability and willingness to work overtime during peak seasons.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS : ·Be at least 18 years of age;·Legally entitled to work in the United States;·Must be able to successfully complete and pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testing and other background checks necessary to obtain an airport restricted area pass.

SCHEDULE : Rotational shift that are 8 to 10 hour in length. Must be available to work weekends and statutory holidays as required.

Somos una empresa de aviación ejecutiva establecida y exitosa que busca Representantes de Servicio al Cliente seguros, confiables y amigables.

En este rol, serás responsable de interactuar con el elemento más importante de nuestra empresa : nuestros clientes. Esta posición implica trabajar en turnos rotativos, incluidos fines de semana y días festivos según las necesidades de programación.

RESUMEN DE RESPONSABILIDADES :

  • Brindar un servicio de alta calidad a los clientes de acuerdo con la filosofía de Aviación Ejecutiva de Skyservice, garantizar llegadas y salidas eficientes y corteses de los clientes;
  • Asegurar la comunicación y coordinación entre clientes, tripulación de línea y personal;
  • Coordinar el suministro de combustible, catering, alquiler de automóviles, reserva de hoteles y reservas;
  • Mantener, monitorear y actualizar el Registro de Entrada de Aeronaves y asesorar a la tripulación de línea en consecuencia;
  • Responder a las llamadas telefónicas generales y dirigir las llamadas al personal apropiado;
  • Completar formularios digitales para nuevos clientes y promover activamente servicios y productos adicionales de aeronaves;
  • Responder a consultas por correo electrónico de los clientes de manera oportuna y cortés;
  • Completar la facturación diaria y la entrada de datos para varios proveedores y clientes;
  • Contactar a los clientes sobre cuentas impagas o vencidas e intentar cobrar o hacer los arreglos de pago apropiados; actualizar la información de la cuenta si se realiza un pago;
  • Otras tareas asignadas.

CALIFICACIONES Y HABILIDADES REQUERIDAS :

  • Diploma de escuela secundaria / GED requerido;
  • Experiencia en aviación preferida, pero no requerida;
  • Habilidades informáticas intermedias;
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación;
  • Excelentes habilidades de servicio al cliente;
  • Capacidad para realizar varias tareas;
  • Fuertes habilidades de resolución de conflictos;
  • Mantener un comportamiento y apariencia profesionales en todo momento;
  • Disponibilidad los fines de semana y disposición para trabajar horas extras durante las temporadas pico.

OTROS REQUISITOS :

  • Tener al menos 18 años de edad;
  • Legalmente autorizado para trabajar en los Estados Unidos;
  • Debe poder completar con éxito y aprobar pruebas de drogas y alcohol previas al empleo y otros controles de antecedentes necesarios para obtener un pase de área restringida del aeropuerto.

HORARIO : Turnos rotativos de 8 a 10 horas de duración. Debe estar disponible para trabajar fines de semana y días festivos según sea necesario. BENEFICIOS :
