Pyxis, VoceraScheduling requirements : All shiftsFloating policy : to areas with competency. AMC has an internal float team that assists in filling holesPatient Experience requirements : Post surgical Med / Surg,Hospital Specifics-Certifications : Academic Medical Center, Level 1 trauma center (adult);

Children’s Hospital within a hospitalRequested Skill Set : You will be caring for patients with multiple co-morbidities requiring knowledge of all body systems.

Many of these patients are fresh amputations, vascular wounds, extensive vascular surgery to restore blood flow, etc.Required education that will be provided include, but not limited to : BLS, ACLS, Telemetry, wound care, Wound-Vacs and central lines.

Procedures performed on unit : Assist with Chest tube insertion; Central Lines, Wound Vac changes, NG, Cortrak, catheter, indwelling catheters, doplars, dressing changes, pin care.

Fasciotomy care, ostomy careCertifications Required : BLS, ACLS, telemetry
