- Youmust be open to receiving and providingfeedback.
- Theability to manage workload while exercising good judgmenteffectively andindependently.
- Strongwritten and verbal communicationskills.
- Strongtechnological skills with the ability to work within various claimsmanagementsystems.
- Minimumof three years of residential and commercial property adjustingexperience.
- Carrierexperience is desired.
- Liabilityexperience is aplus.
- Currentactive Xactimate license and experience writing both residentialand commercial damage estimates inXactimate.
- Abilityto pass a backgroundscreen.
- Currentactive license whererequired.
- Equipmentand ability to accessroofs.
