As a back-end developer at Booz Allen, you’ll use the latest architectural approaches and open-source frameworks and tools to deliver solutions.

Using your software engineering experience, you’ll work with the development team to create custom tools, systems, and sites with consistent performance and scalability.

You Have :

5+ years of experience with Java

3+ years of experience with Spring

3+ years of experience developing on or for a Unix based deployment environment

Experience supporting systems engineering efforts in system design, solution engineering, and software development

Experience with service, application, and database use and integration

Experiencer with REST based service

Experience with Shell scripting or Python

Experience with Ansible, Docker, Postgres, or DevOps

TS / SCI clearance with a polygraph

HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have :

Experience with Spring Integration, Micro Services, JMS, AWS Services, ReactJS, Gradle, Docker Swarm, Kubernetes, and Keycloak

Experience with leadership and mentorship

Experience with CI / CD technologies, including Ansible, Jenkins, and GIT

Experience with Agile development or Scrum

Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC Certification

Clearance :

TS / SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.

The projected compensation range for this position is $110,100.00 to $250,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
