LHH is seeking an experienced paralegal with bankruptcy and commercial litigation experience in Miami, FL. You will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and proofreading documents and correspondence;
filing and e-filing in state and federal courts; heavy calendaring; trial prep from beginning to end. Are you an organized professional with a no-task-too-small, proactive attitude and excellent written and verbal communication skills?
If you are someone who can handle a high volume bankruptcy desk, this is an amazing opportunity for you!
Qualifications :
- 5+ years of bankruptcy and commercial litigation experience
- Strong computer proficiency, especially with MS Office (Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, and Excel)
- Solid organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail
- Great written and verbal communication skills supporting excellent customer service skills
Salary : $80,000-$90,000 / yr.
