Primary Care Physician
Suwanee, GA
Established in 2008, a distinguished Primary Care facility in Suwanee, GA. Dedicated to delivering healthcare of the highest standard, complemented by an exceptional patient experience.

Our focus is on Primary Care, specifically emphasizing Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
Operational Details & Scheduling :
Work Schedule : This is a full-time position, structured within a 4.5-day workweek, from Monday
to Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM. The arrangement can be flexible if necessary.
Weekends & Major Holidays : The office is closed to prioritize and maintain work life balance.
Patient Volume & Schedule Structure : 2 new or 3 established patients per hour.
On Call Responsibilities : Phone calls only; calls are minimal and light.
Scope of Services :
Clinical Focus : We manage both chronic diseases and acute illnesses, with an emphasis on
preventive care.
Technological Integration : We utilize EClinicalWorks as our EMR system and Medical Dragon
One for dictation to ensure an optimized and efficient workflow.
Qualifications & Expectations :
Commitment : This position is for candidates with ties to the area who are seeking long-term
employment.
Certification Requirements : Established physicians must be board-certified. Current residents
must be board-eligible and secure certification before commencing work.
Professionalism : Essential qualities include demonstrated bedside manners, excellent customer
service skills, flexibility, and compassion.
Coding & Billing Proficiency : Strong knowledge of ICD codes and adherence to E / M coding
guidelines are essential.
Compensation & Benefits :
Salary : Competitive Base Salary + Productivity bonus based on total physician collections.
350K-400k Per year take home first year
Signing Bonus : Attractive Sign on Bonus.
