We are seeking a Collections Specialist to join our team in ARVADA, Colorado, 80003-6904, United States. This role is within the Manufacturing industry and offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.
As a Collections Specialist, you will be responsible for various tasks related to customer account management and credit processing.
This role is vital to ensure our customers receive the highest level of service and support.
Responsibilities :
- Accurately process customer credit applications
- Maintain and update customer credit records in a timely manner
- Resolve customer inquiries effectively and professionally
- Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary
- Utilize ADP - Financial Services for various financial operations
- Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) tasks including invoicing, collections, and reporting
- Respond to inbound customer calls and provide assistance as needed
- Follow established collection processes to recover unpaid amounts
- Use SAP for various accounting and financial operations
- Assist in other tasks as needed to support the accounting department.
- Possess proficiency in ADP - Financial Services
- Demonstrable experience with Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Capable of effectively managing and Answering Inbound Calls
- In-depth knowledge of Collection Processes
- Proficient in using SAP
- Must have a solid understanding of the manufacturing industry
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions based on information at hand.
