REGISTERED NURSE (RN) HOUSE SUPERVISOR-Overnights: 12-hr shifts!

Responsibilities

Roxbury is currently accepting applications for an RN House Supervisor to work the overnight shift .

The shift is 6 : 30 pm - 7 : 00 am with everyother weekend and holiday rotation.

This position provides administrative and clinical supervision to all staff throughout the hospital on the assigned shift.

The RN House Supervisor is a liaison to department directors and administration to insure coordinated and efficient operations of services and departments.

• Primary responsibilities include : providing administrative management, prioritization and delegation of duties for all facility staff;
• participation in shift coverage as needed and deemed necessary as part of the nursing administrative team; staff and program scheduling;

and performing direct patient care services.

This individual will work in cooperation with hospital leadership, physician staff, and other department managers.

Qualifications

Experience :

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program, with an active Pennsylvania, registered nurse license.
• Prefer 2 years of clinical experience with a psychiatric mental health and co-occurring population
• Previous clinical supervisory role in a psychiatric or co-occurring setting preferred.
