Human Resources Coordinator

Responsibilities
- Monitor applicant flow daily in the applicant tracking system and / or work with recruiter assigned to the position(s).
- Update applicants daily in the applicant in tracking system
- Assists Department Managers and Administrator with employee retention planning
- Complete employment process for new hires E.g. I-9, tax forms, license / certification verification, references, background checks, fingerprinting scheduling, physical and drug screen scheduling
- Schedule and assists with new hire orientation
- Ensure Employee Problem Resolution Process is being followed and report results
- Complete injury reports
- Complete benefit enrollment and follow ups
- Maintain up-to-date files for employment documents
Education and / or Experience
- Minimum Associates Degree with 5+ years of experience in an HR Coordinator or Manager capacity, or
- Minimum Bachelor in HR or BSA with concentration in Human Resources
- Minimum 3 years experience in Human Resources, preferably in the long term care setting
