DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES
- Proven experience as a construction superintendent with three years’ experience and at least two verifiable projects.
- Conduct regular inspections, enforce safety protocols and address any issues that arise to ensure compliance with specifications, quality standards and timelines
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with a good track record in project management and team collaboration
- Develop comprehensive work plans and schedules to ensure smooth project execution
- Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers and stakeholders to meet milestones on time and within budget
- Monitor project budget, costs, job forecasts and productivity to optimize project efficiency

COMPENSATION
Competitive compensation package, with a base salary range of up to $150,000 per year (commensurate with experience)
