Part Time Administrative Assistant
A well established, 'Not-For-Profit' company, that works as a primary resource for contractors and their suppliers, offering leads on building projects across Lane County, as well as offering full-service Copying & Printing Services, is seeking a Part Time, Long Term, Administrative Assistant !
Plenty of training will be provided, however some prior admin or office / clerical experience is a big plus & is strongly desired.

Duties and Responsibilities for Part Time Administrative Assistant :
- Daily & monthly archiving of projects on our website
- Daily updating of project bid results
- Some research of new project opportunities
- Daily document management and analysis of files
- Daily organization and maintenance of electronic files within our databases and website
- Answers phones when necessary
Skills and Qualifications for Part Time Administrative Assistant :
Advanced computer skills, including proficiency with the
internet and email
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft products
- General working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat
- General knowledge of the construction industry is preferred
- On the job training is available
- Team player a must
- 2 years office support preferred
