We are seeking reliable inexperienced and experienced truck drivers to join our team. As a regional or OTR truck driver, you will be responsible for transporting refrigerated products to various locations throughout the US.

If you do not have experience but have earned your CDL-A by completing at least 120 hours of truck driving school in the last 6 months, WE CAN HELP YOU GAIN EXPERIENCE! Our training program will typically get you up to speed in 3-4 weeks.

What We Offer :
- Regional run TX, OK, LA, AR, MO, IN, IA, NE, IL, KS, CO, OH, and NM only. Average 2200 - 2400 miles per week.
- OTR run all the lower 48 states. Average 2600 - 2800 miles per week.
- 50% drop and hook.
- 100% no touch freight.
- Experienced drivers pay ranges from $0.50 - $0.56 per mile, paid weekly with direct deposit.
- Trainee drivers - pay is $100.00 per day, up to $700.00 per week, while training, then after training $0.46 - $0.56 cents per mile, paid weekly with direct deposit.
- Regional drivers are out 10-14 days at a time
- OTR drivers are out 3-4 weeks at a time.
- Refrigerated freight for consistent year-round work.
- Excellent late model equipment (2019-2021 Kenworth T-680's), which are permanently assigned to the driver. All trucks have inverters, APU's, refrigerators, Bluetooth, and double bunks.

- Orientations are held once per week, and occasionally twice a week.
Qualifications :
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
- Must have a valid CDL-A.
- Hazmat endorsement is not required but is preferred. Hazmat pays an additional $50.00 per load.
- TWIC required. We will help the driver obtain it and the driver will be reimbursed for costs relating to acquiring.
- No experience required if you have earned a CDL-A by attending a truck driving school in the last 6 months consisting of at least 120 hours.
- Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug test (urine).
