You Are :

A transformation ace with the skills to help clients meet the challenges of digitization. Your superpower? Using your know-how, creativity and analytical powers to solve clients' most complex business problems to help their companies do more.

You're as comfortable leading projects as you are diving into the details of workstreams and configuring SAP solutions. And you possess the communication and people skills to inspire teams to bring their A-game.

The Work :

  • Build SAP technology solutions that transform clients' Finance functions and solve their Finance issues
  • Design, set-up, and test prototype and production Finance solutions and ensure that all the pieces work together seamlessly
  • Work with the project team, team leaders, project delivery leads, and client stakeholders to create stand-out Finance offerings powered by SAP ERP Finance tools such as S / 4 HANA, Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC), and FI / CO (Finance and Controlling)
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and gain the trust of key advisors
  • Make the business case for the SAP technology solution recommended to the client
  • Pitch in on sales efforts when needed
  • Continue to learn and develop your technical SAP and business expertise
  • Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements

Here's What You Need :

  • Experience supporting, consulting and / or advising in a large-scale Finance transformation
  • Minimum of 3 years of Functional expertise in the Finance Domain and related SAP capabilities, including but not limited to : Product Costing, Controlling, Treasury and SAC / Planning.
  • Minimum of 3 years building trusted partnerships with clients / customers, provide guidance through complex functional and / or technical decisions
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate's Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.

As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York or Washington as set forth below.

Colorado : $63,200 to $163,000

New York : $58,500 to $188,600

Washington : $67,300 to $173,500
