What You'll be Doing

Looking for an opportunity where you'll lead the overall facilities management? And be part of creating positive employee experience?

You'll develop, implement, and maintain facility programs that reflect the priorities of continuous improvement, automation, thinking globally and identifying best practices.

You'll lead and manage facilities team and act as the liaison between vendors and the landlord. While you'll have your eye on today, you'll also be thinking ahead to the needs of the business as it relates to facilities management

You'll report to Senior Manager, Real Estate and Facilities. You'll impact the business, the teams you support, and the various departments that you partner with on a consistent basis through facilities management.

During a Typical Day, You'll

  • Develops guidelines for space management and conducts overall space planning, including furniture moves, reconfiguration and ongoing process improvement
  • Maintain various facility systems such as HVAC, CCTV, turn styles, and elevators
  • Establish and manage Facilities budget including the budget and procurement process
  • Manage customer expectations and ongoing customer relations
  • Develop and maintain standards to manage relationships with facility related vendors
  • Implement and communicate policies that will impact on safety and security to customers
  • Manages facility programs covering disaster preparedness and recovery and coordinates with headquarters division to implement company-wide Emergency Response Plan

What You Bring to the Role

  • 4 years experience in facilities management, process and execution
  • Must be able to respond to emergency situations 24 / 7 with reliable transportation and valid driver license as you're the point of contact for emergency situations that affect the site campus on a 24 / 7 basis, also transport goods and equipment as needed
  • Ability to use PC and database applications for tracking work orders
  • Ability to use standard and non-standard power tools
  • Proven ability to lead a small team of internal staff and external vendors

The anticipated range is $48,000-$50,000 annually .Actual compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education, and / or skill levels.
