Get To Know The Team : As the Manager, Financial Services Operations, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of Supervisors in our Core Processing department.
We provide back-office financial services to Mutual Fund Clients and their investors. These services include establishing accounts, processing shareholder and broker / dealer trades, facilitating money movement between the fund and shareholders, completing analysis of fund and investor data, and more.

What You Will Get To Do :
- Serve as the day-to-day leader and knowledge resource for Supervisors and Associates on the Transaction Processing team.
- Provide specific direction and implementation for various transaction related training, emphasizing the development and fulfillment of associate training plans.
- Lead ongoing assessments of the key components of quality service delivery, including effective design of procedures, adherence to procedures, systems tools available to associates, associates’ knowledge, skills and training and the overall morale and commitment of team members.
- Provide guidance, mentoring and leadership development to the Transaction Processing team supervisors and other team members.
- Oversee consistent application of key controls for operations, compliance, and security within Transaction Processing.
What You Will Bring :
- Minimally requires a Master's degree and 4 years of related experience, or Bachelor's degree and 6 years of related experience, or high school degree and 8 years of related experience.
- Experience managing professional individual contributors and / or leading supervisors of a support team.
- Experience participating in the interview / selection process, providing training and mentorship, offering career development guidance, and managing performance.
- High energy and enthusiasm with a passion for people leadership
- Experience in financial services operations, mutual funds and transaction processing preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy and strong multi-tasking skills
- Computer experience (Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook)
- Excellent Interpersonal and customer service skills
