Lab Courier

LabCorp seeking a Service Representative / Courier to join our team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

In this position, you will be responsible for the pickup, transport, and delivery of medical specimens, lab supplies, and reports, while providing excellent service to our clients.

Work Schedule : Monday - Friday 8 : 30AM - 5 : 00PM. The hours / location may change / vary based on business need and / or the request(s) of your supervisor or management.

Work Location : Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Job Responsibilities :

Load all necessary suppliers needed for the daily pickupsComplete daily pick up schedule in a timely mannerDeliver all daily picks to your branch at the end of your shiftHandle all specimens and lab samples in a safe and efficient mannerSafely operate a company vehicle and obey all traffic lawsUtilize handheld electronic device to manage daily picks upWork directly with the dispatcher for additional pick-ups as neededEvaluate traffic patterns, alternative routes, and weather conditions as needed

Job Requirements :

High School Diploma or equivalent is preferredMust have a Valid Driver's License and clean driving recordMust be at least 21 years' oldPrevious medical driver / courier experience is preferredCustomer service experience is a plusVery punctual with strong time management skillsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to problem solve customer issuesAble to lift up to 50 lbs.
