- Respond to allincoming calls in a courteous efficient professional and friendlymanner in adherence to Accorstandards
- Consistently offer a professionalfriendly greeting and engaging service
- Overseethe In Room Dining ordering reservationsystem
- Process In Room Dining Ordersmade by phone
- Understand shift endreports and the POS system
- Assistguests with inquiries regarding food and beverage menu items in aninformative and helpful way
- Have knowledge ofall menu items garnishes contents and preparationmethods
- Assist withcreating reservations for theRestaurant
- Follow departmentalpolicies procedures and servicestandards
- Follow all safety and sanitationpolicies when handling food and beverage
- Otherduties asassigned
Qualifications :
- Previousservice experience an asset
- Previous Point ofSale System experience an asset
- Excellentcommunication and organizational skills
- Stronginterpersonal and problem solvingabilities
- Highly responsible &reliable
- Ability to work well under pressureand multitask in a fast pacedenvironment
- Ability to work cohesively as partof a team
- Ability to focus attention on guestneeds remaining calm and courteous at alltimes
