Strategic Leadership :
Develop and implement strategic plans for the RCM department to align with CTC’s overall objectives.
Lead initiatives to improve RCM processes, enhance efficiency, and ensure the department is leveraging the latest technology and best practices.
Identify and address areas for improvement within the RCM functions to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Collaborate with all CTC leadership to enhance efficiency, client experience, and improve firm revenue cycle operations.
Management and Coordination :
Audit the work of the RCM functions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Supervise and mentor Managers & Team Leads, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
Assist with the coordination of workflows within the RCM department to ensure timely and accurate processes.
Collaborate with Receivables team to manage and report on outstanding CTC AR
Complex Billing Issues :
Lead projects that require broad conceptual judgment, initiative, and the ability to address and resolve complex billing issues.
Serve as the point of escalation for complex billing inquiries and disputes, providing expert guidance and resolution.
RCM Process Administration :
Assist with the administration of the billing process, including month-end closing procedure.
Ensure the timely and accurate distribution of all assigned projects and AR spreadsheets
Supervise the review all assigned projects and AR spreadsheets for accuracy and completeness
Reporting and Data Management :
Review various reports to administer deadlines and maintain data integrity, requiring continuous follow-up.
Provide assistance with building and maintaining desk level procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy in day-to-day activities
This position will be a hybrid role and requires regular travel to our headquarters in Greenville, SC. Expectations are every other week in Greenville, SC office.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance , Business Administration, or related field; or a combination of education and equivalent work experience required.
Minimum of 7 years of management experience in a related field, with a focus on billing and financial management.
Demonstrated leadership experience with a proven track record of driving strategic initiatives and managing high-performance teams in a fast-paced environment.
Extensive knowledge of HCPCS, CPT-4 and ICD9-10 coding and / or medical terminology.
Full understanding of all CMS guidelines and regulations for claim submission and reimbursement.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Required
In-depth knowledge and understanding of accounting principles in a service organization preferred.
