Job Description : -
Develop, test, and deploy customized solutions within the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Implement and maintain GIT workflows to manage source control and facilitate collaboration within the development team.
Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers, ensuring best practices and coding standards are followed.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications, integrations, and data management.
Stay updated on Salesforce releases and evaluate new features and functionalities for potential integration.
Collaborate with QA teams to ensure comprehensive testing and high-quality deliverables.
Document development processes, technical specifications, and user guides.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce best practices, data model, and security features.
Proficiency with GIT and experience in implementing version control processes in a collaborative environment.
Experience with Salesforce integrations, APIs, and third-party applications.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
