About The Position
Job Title : CT / X-Ray TechnicianJob Specialty : Dual Modality (CT and X-ray)Job Duration : 13 weeksShift : Tuesday-Friday (12 : 00 PM - 10 : 30 PM);
for the period 10 / 20-11 / 5, the shift will be Sunday-Thursday (11 : 00 PM - 7 : 00 AM)Guaranteed Hours : 40 hours per weekExperience : Minimum of 2 years preferredLicense : Active VA State license requiredCertifications : AHA BLS, ARRT-CT, ARRT-RMust-Have : - Strong IV skills- Experience with EPIC and Fuji PACsJob Description : - Perform common CT studies including heads, abdominal, pelvic, angiography, and extremities- Conduct X-ray exams such as chest (portable) and routine exams- Handle 0-15 studies per day, with a rare occurrence of up to 22 exams- Provide weekend on-call backup once a month with a 45-minute response time- Work during holidays as needed, covering one major and one minor holiday- Wear black scrubs as part of the uniform- Undertake floor-specific orientation- Use PACS Visage and equipment like GE CT and Philips X-ray units- Access Epic Radiant modules as requiredPlease apply if you meet the qualifications and are interested in joining a dynamic team within a healthcare setting.
