They are looking for an Office Administrative Assistant join their team in their new office in Raleigh, NC.

Your new role

Supporting the People and Culture team, you will encompass various functions, such as expense reporting, scheduling meetings, coordinating special events, creating purchase requests and purchase orders, and managing car fleet activities.

Additionally, you will handle office administration tasks, including front desk support, mailing, carrier operations, and office supply maintenance.

What you will need to succeed

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-4 years of experience as an office / admin management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proactive and able to work independently.
