- Salary : 35% of Collections + 50% of the Lab Fees

- Qualifications : MD / DO General Dentist
- Facility : Clinic
- Schedule : ASAP - Ongoing
- Initially every Friday, but will add additional days with growth
- 9am-3pm
- Assignment : General Dentistry Clinic
- 3-4 patients / day plus 6-7 hygiene exams
- 1 dental assistant
- EMR : Dentrix
