As the Director, Data Strategy and Integrations , you'll be responsible for defining and leading data initiatives including Data Integration, Data Cataloging, Data Governance and Master Data Management.
You will lead a team to design, architect solutions needed to support data exchange between Concord, business partners, and cloud systems.
You will evaluate current platforms for AI capabilities and build a roadmap to improve business operations. This role will work closely with information security to implement data classification and risk assessment processes into the SDLC.
Works under general direction.
Responsibilities
What you’ll do :
- Work across a portfolio of applications to lead the design of data and integration solutions aligning with business initiatives.
- Lead a team of integration developers to support business critical integrations, including all ERP integrations.
- Lead and implement the development of a comprehensive Data Governance, Quality and Data Integration strategy.
- Enable / Define a Self-Service data platform through the enterprise Data Catalog.
- Create the enterprise logical data fabric (centralized governance, abstraction, semantic layer), collaborating with line of business application owners.
- Evaluate Concord’s existing platforms for AI capabilities and help assess capabilities to improve business operations (Snowflake, Salesforce)
- Lead a team to maintain the enterprise integration platforms to ensure availability and scalability.
- Hands on development of integrations deployed on the enterprise integration platforms, (Dell Boomi and Informatica) as needed.
- Performs all duties inherent in a senior managerial role. Approves staff training, hiring, promotions, termination and salary actions, prepares and ensures adherence to the department budget.
Qualifications
What you’ll need :
- 4-year degree in CS / IT / IS / MIS or similar.
- 10+ years of progressive integration development, architecture, and data management experience required.
- Experience with one of more of the following required : Dell Boomi, Informatica, Talend,
- Experience with Snowflake and Salesforce required.
- Experience working with Data Catalogs such as Informatica EDC, Data.world, Alation.
- Experience with SQL, T-SQL, MDX, Phyton, API design / REST, OAuth 2.0 / OpenID, JavaScript, GIT, CI / CD.
- Experience developing web services, messaging layer using REST, XML, SOAP, WSDL, JSON, etc.
- Experience in working in both traditional on-prem hosting environments and cloud-based platforms (AWS, Azure).
- ERP integration experience required, NetSuite preferred.
- RPA experience a plus.
- Music Industry experience preferred,
- Established people management skills with the ability to drive individuals and team to realize their potential.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US.
- This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days minimum on-site.
