They can’t help it. In fact, we’re counting on it. That being said, here are some of the broad strokes of our Tax Manager leadership position which will support the Individual Tax and Estate Planning Services Service Line.
Responsibilities :
- Lead and assist in the planning and management of individual tax compliance and advisory services
- Be a trusted advisor for individual tax needs by building client relationship, managing projects, providing detailed review and signature to tax documents
- Engage in business development activities to continue to meet the needs of individuals with high net-worth in the marketplace, and grow this service offering within strategic areas
- Develop a team of tax consultants and other service line subject matter experts to deliver exceptional client service to high-net-worth clients and all PYA client
Qualifications :
- 5 + years of tax and accounting experience with a national public accounting and / or consulting firm
- CPA or EA license is preferred
- Previous experience with individual, estate, gift, trust, foundation, and partnership taxation preferred
- Client-oriented work ethic, committed to high-quality results
- Creative problem solver with a high level of strategic, analytical, and conceptual skills and a passion for helping clients
