One of our valued clients in the Metro Atlanta area is seeking an Installation Manager with strong interpersonal skills to join their team.
This growing 30-year-old Flooring Company is seeking a talented individual to help grow its business.
Responsibilities :
- Manage 10-15 projects independently
- Must be able to do small repairs
- Solve problems to ensure customer satisfaction
- Client-facing and effective communication
Qualifications :
- Great communicator with a positive demeanor
- Ability to work with all types of personalities
- In-depth knowledge of carpet, hardwood, hardwood refinish, laminate, LVP, and rubber floors.
- Positive attitude in all forms of communication
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Problem solver with the ability to think quickly
- Highly organized
- Reliable vehicle for visiting job sites daily
Software :
- RFMS is a plus
- MS Office
