Extensive experience in sales and marketing roles within the hospitality industry, preferably in upscale or luxury resorts.
Proven track record of increasing revenue and market share in similar settings.
Regional Knowledge :
Experience working in Costa Rica or a similar Central American or tropical destination.Understanding of the local market dynamics, tourism trends, and cultural nuances.
Leadership Experience :
Strong leadership skills with experience managing and motivating a sales and marketing team.Ability to develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans.
Skills : Sales Acumen :
Exceptional sales skills with the ability to close deals and develop long-term relationships with clients.Experience in handling large accounts and negotiating high-value contracts.
Marketing Proficiency :
Expertise in digital marketing, social media strategies, and traditional marketing techniques.Ability to create compelling marketing campaigns that drive occupancy and brand awareness.
Financial Acumen :
Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to maximize profitability.Experience with revenue management and pricing strategies.
