Salary : $75,000 - $100,000
Shift : 2nd Shift Hours
Responsibilities :
- Replace and install belts, filters, gears, chains, and valves.
- Troubleshoot and repair pneumatic, electric, and hydraulic systems.
- Address machine issues including guarding, bolt replacement, and wear-related breakdowns.
- Perform welding on machine components.
- Conduct preventative maintenance, such as lubrication and upkeep of drive chains.
- Manage equipment installations, including air, water, and gas connections, and ensure proper alignment and leveling.
- Quickly resolve maintenance and mechanical issues.
- Execute additional tasks as assigned by the maintenance manager.
Qualifications :
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of industrial maintenance experience.
- Expertise in hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and industrial systems.
- Training in PLC and HVAC systems.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency with MS Office applications.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
